Common fixes
• Can't join games? Check your email is verified (Profile → Edit).
• QR scan failing? Check-in opens 60 minutes before kickoff and closes 2.5 hours after. Also check that camera permission is enabled for Phillin (Profile → Device).
• Wrong rating or XP? Ask the organiser to adjust the rating within 24 hours, or contact us with the game details.
Organisers
For help with posting games, cancellations, or removing ringers, include your team name and game date when you contact us.
